El matrimonio interétnico en el contexto de la teoría de la integración social

Abstract

In this article we discuss the basic concepts of migration and social integration. We consider three main approaches to the theory of integration: Absorption of immigrants in point of view of S.N. Eisenstadt, theory of Assimilation of M. Gordon in his research "Assimilation in American Life: The Role of Race, Religión and National Origins" and approach of acculturation of J. Berry and W. Bourhis. We describe the models of social integration of migrants, the approaches to study of social integration. Also we formúlate the basic concept of intermarriage, connection between intermarriage and integration. The problems of studying inter-ethnic marriages and topics for further researches are outlined.
